Getting ready to plan your summer 2012 vacation????????

 

We are currently taking reservations for the 2012 summer (April 15 – October 15). You can use our booking page on the website to reserve your room. OUR PRIVATE ROOMS WERE A BIG SELLER THIS SUMMER AND WE RAN OUT OF AVAILABILITY QUICKLY.  THE SOONER YOU BOOK THE BETTER. We have lots of new surprises and upgrades for this coming summer. Our guests spoke and we listened. A lot of positive changes are coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our prices will still be the same as in 2011.

We will be posting the changes as we go along.

After a busy 2011 summer season we have made lots of new friends. Although the summer has come to an end we are looking forward to the positive changes incoming in 2012.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR WINTER SEASON

We are a seasonal Hostel due to the changes in the demand for our rooms. During the winter season we do not operate as a hostel, so we do not have daily rates. We only offer weekly and monthly rates. These rates have been discounted for the change in season. The atmosphere during the winter season is not the same as it is during the summer. There are almost no travelers. We operate as a rooming house for local people during the winter. Our summer 2012 operations will resume  on April 15th.

Here are our winter rates.

Monthly private room  $725  a month, $200 a week

2 share rooms $450 a month, $140 a week

We require a $50 security deposit per room. We also charge $30 sheet deposits if we are providing them. Both are refundable assuming the room and sheets are returned properly.

If you wish to come and visit us during the winter please contact our front desk since we do not take reservation through our booking page on our website for the winter.
